Yesterday at 4:35 pm, a tragic incident occurred in Takulashe,  DCC Chibok-Balgi, Chibok Local Government Area, Borno State, when 16-year-old Yunana Sule Yama, was shot by Boko Haram insurgents. The young boy was rushed to Mubi General Hospital this morning for medical attention, including a scan to assess the extent of his injuries.
According to reports, Yunana was shot in the shoulder and is currently receiving treatment. The community is in shock and calling for prayers and support during this difficult time.
Rev. Ibrahim .K. Titsi has appealed for prayers and assistance for the young boy’s recovery.
This senseless act of violence is a stark reminder of the ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis in the region. Our thoughts are with Yunana and his family, and we wish him a speedy recovery.
