In a gesture of gratitude, a delegation from the Bible Society of Nigeria, led by First Vice President, Mrs. Ana A. Asacha, Board Member 1 for Adamawa, Bauchi, and Gombe State Area, paid a visit to the President of the EYN (Church of the Brethren in Nigeria), Rev. Daniel Y.C Mbaya, PhD. The delegation included Rtd. ASP David B. Tumba, Chairman of the Adamawa, Bauchi, and Gombe State Area, and Chairmen of Mubi, Hildi, and Mararaba Mubi Bible Society.
The visit, which took place at the EYN Headquarters in Kwarhi, Hong LGA, Adamawa State, aimed to express appreciation for the EYN Leadership’s unwavering support to the Bible Society of Nigeria. During the visit, Mrs. Asacha and Rtd. ASP Tumba presented an award of recognition to President Mbaya, acknowledging his invaluable contributions.
President Mbaya warmly welcomed the delegation and offered words of encouragement. The visit concluded with a prayer session, where President Mbaya prayed for the continued success and growth of the Bible Society of Nigeria.
This appreciation visit underscores the strong partnership between the Bible Society of Nigeria and the EYN, as they work together to promote the spread of the Gospel and foster a deeper understanding of the Bible in Nigeria.”
