A Brief History of DCC Jos

The roots of EYN DCC Jos trace back to classes at TCNN, where Rev. Dr. Mamadu Meshelbila, a denominational instructor, taught Brethren beliefs and practices. A suggestion emerged to establish an EYN church in Jos to give students deeper exposure to church traditions.

The first DCC Secretary posted to Jos was Rev. Dr. YC Mabaya, who now serves as the current EYN President. Today, the church has grown to over 2,000 members across the Plateau, with 10 LCCs, several LCBs, and mission houses spread across 15 of the 17 local government areas of the state.
