The EYN Church Faluwa, under LCC Jigalambu, DCC Bazza, which was Established in 1991, 33 years later gets her autonomy today August 25, 2024.
During the auspicious ceremony, the EYN President, Rev. Daniel Y. C. Mbaya, PhD emphasized the importance of being a “living Church” that brings glory to God. He highlighted the new leadership’s focus on unity and peace within the EYN family, urging members to be contented and utilize resources wisely, especially in the present economic challenge in Nigeria.
President Mbaya stressed that Church Autonomy comes with responsibilities and challenged the Church to forgive one another, ensuring God’s presence among them. He envisioned LCB Faluwa as a center of solutions, hope, and a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit.
Rev. Timta L. Musa, EYN Administrative Secretary, preached on the topic “Things to emulate in the life of Abraham” he read in the book of Hebrews 11:8-11.
The ceremony was graced by the EYN President and his wife, Mrs. Abigail Daniel, EYN General Secretary Rev. James K. Musa and his wife, and EYN Administrative Secretary Rev. Timta L. Musa.
