EYN Vice President Rev. Nuhu Mutah Abba attended the funeral service of Late Associate Professor Mary Wassumu Augustine, who passed away at 56 after a brief illness. The deceased was laid to rest at yesterday, January 28, 2025, at EYN LCC Federal Housing, Yola, Adamawa State.
In his speech, EYN Vice President Rev. Nuhu encouraged the family of the deceased to hold onto God during this difficult time. Many people testified to the good work she had done before her demise.
Late Associate Professor Mary Wassumu Augustine had contributed significantly to the growth of the church, especially EYN ZME around Yola Zone. Since giving her life to Christ, God had shown her mercy, grace, and love. She had worked in the Vineyard of God and had served as a National Executive Council (NEC) member of DCC Viniklang and as Uwar Zumunta of EYN Federal Housing until her demise.
