February 18, 2025 – The EYN leadership has provided relief items to five communities within DCC Mbororo, who were affected by recent floods. The beneficiary communities are Dleri Ghumchi, Mbororo, Hyelyemi, Tsitsili Shuwa, and Brishishiwa.
The distributed materials include maize, rice, cooking oil, Maggi, salt, mats, blankets, mosquito nets, and detergent.
In his speech, EYN President Rev. Daniel Y.C. Mbaya, PhD, encouraged the victims to hold onto God’s promises, especially during this difficult moment. He read from Romans 12:15 and emphasized that the relief items symbolize the unity and oneness of believers in Christ Jesus. The Total Number of the Beneficiaries within DCC Mbororo were 265 individuals.
President Mbaya offered a powerful prayer for the victims, declaring God’s blessings upon them. Additionally, Mrs. Hassana Habu, Director of Women Ministry, prayed for God’s protection over the victims.
