The EYN Church of the Brethren in Nigeria, presented the revised Conditions and Schemes of Service, which be effective immediately. This development is part of the church’s efforts to adapt to the changing economy of the nation and the need of the organization.
The revised conditions and schemes aim to improve the overall well-being of the church members, with a focus on education and economic empowerment.

Some of the key features of the Revised Conditions and Schemes include Education Assistance, Upward Review of Staff Allowances, Procedure for channeling Grievance, Promotion and Upgrading, Medical Care and others.
During the dedication of the Revised Conditions and Schemes of Service at the church’s headquarters, Rev. Daniel Y. C Mbaya, Ph.D., EYN President, encouraged staff to focus not only on the increment of allowances but also to put into practice all other sections of the scheme for the smooth running of the church. He emphasized that the condition and scheme is part of EYN’s working document and should be strictly adhered to and respected, encouraging all staff to have a copy.

Rev. Mbaya prayed that the new document would enhance productivity in various departments, institutions, programs, and units of the church.
He also revealed that other documents like Marriage Register, Child Dedication Register, EYN Church Inheritance Policy will soon be produced as discussed in the just concluded Ministers Council.
The President during the devotion presented a copy of the Document to the Rev. Nuhu Mutah Abba, EYN Vice President, Rev. James K. Musa, General Secretary, Rev. Amb. Timta L. Musa, Administrative Secretary, Directors and some of the Head of programs and units who were at the devotion.
