Kwarhi, Nigeria – Rev. Dr. Victor Saje, Vice Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Adamawa State, led a delegation from For His Glory Ministries to the EYN Church of the Brethren Headquarters yesterday Tuesday 8, October 2024.
The visit was an effort to seek collaboration with the EYN – Church of the Brethren in Nigeria, towards Global Evangelism and discipleship, one of the core values of Christianity that cut across all denominations, as ascribed in Matthew 28:19-20.
Rev. Benjamin Thomas, National Director of the Ministry, who spoke with the EYN President, Rev. Daniel Y. C Mbaya, PhD, during the meeting explained that “this visit is to solicit assistance and partnership from EYN for our global evangelism efforts”. He added that the Ministry in collaboration with Adamawa CAN will host their First Mega Crusade under the new Adamawa State CAN Chairman, Rev. Joel Danjuma Manzo.
In his response to the team, President Mbaya, welcomed the delegation, emphasizing the importance of ecumenical relationships.
“We share a common goal of spreading the Gospel and serving humanity. Collaboration will strengthen our collective impact,” Rev. Mbaya said.
Concerning the crusade, the Rev. Mbaya expressed his optimism for positive yield. ” On the upcoming crusade slated on the 30th of October – 3 November 2024, CAN Adamawa State in collaboration with For His Glory Ministries is a timely crusade and festival that we are looking forward to and praying that it will be a time for harvest for Souls to the increase of the Kingdom of God”.
