The National Standing Committee (NSC), led by the EYN President, Rev. Daniel Y. C. Properties were destroyed in the attack, including motorcycles, bicycles, and the EYN church building in the community.

A Pattern of Targeted Attacks on EYN Communities

The EYN NSC Visit Guyaku comes amid a disturbing wave of repeated attacks on EYN members across the region.

Barely a week before the Guyaku massacre, 15 out of the 20  killed in coordinated attacks in Wuro Ladde and Pubagu are members of EYN, where a church auditorium belonging to the church was also burnt.
