Two EYN Pastors Abducted in Mbilla- Malabu

Rev. James T. Kwayang, District Secretary Mbila- Malibu and Rev. Ishaku D. Chiwar, Resident Pastor EYN LCC Mbila- Malibu were abducted yesterday around 11 pm.

It is with a heavy heart that the Church reports the abduction of two prominent pastors in Mbila-Malabu, Song LGA, Adamawa State. The incident occurred during the late hours of Sunday, December 29, 2024.

The EYN President, Rev. Daniel Y. C. Mbaya, PhD, in a press released called  on security personnel to take immediate action to ensure the safe release of these pastors .

Meanwhile, the President urged other Religious Leaders, the entire EYN church and Nigerians to join the church in fervent  prayers  for their release safety and unhurt.

“We called all Nigerians and the entire EYN community to join us in prayers for:

– The safe and speedy release of Rev. James,  and Rev. Ishaku
– Comfort and strength for their families and loved ones.
– Wisdom and effectiveness for the security personnel working towards their release
– Peace and protection for the EYN community and all those affected by this incident.

This incident has sent shockwaves throughout the EYN community, and we request your prayers and support during this difficult time.

As at the time of this report, the abductors are yet to be identified and have not opened any line of communication.

May God intervene in this situation and bring our leaders back home safely.

  • We pray for God to intervene in this difficult situations, and I believe and trusting EYN leadership to act fast in collaboration with the security agency for their safety returning home,

  • Lord please do something for restoration, in you alone we fixed our eyes, interven oh God, we believe you love more than we love them, but as a human we crying in our hearts for there release, we’re pleading oh my Savior, please harken unto our voices, let them have there freedom in Jesus mighty name, nothing is impossible for you oh Lord, help us and touch the minds of those unknown kidnapers, confused them release our brothers in Jesus mighty name.
