The highly anticipated National Sunday School Bible Quiz and Recitation commenced today, bringing together participants from 11 zones, including Minawao and the Maiduguri IDP Camp, along with their zonal leaders.
Each zone has 4 participants, 2 from Junior Category and 2 from Senior Category who will participate in the Quiz and recitation respectively.
In his welcome address, the EYN Administrative Secretary Rev. Amb. Timta L. Musa who spoke on behalf of the EYN President who is on national assignment, emphasized that the event aims to encourage the learning of God’s Word, rather than foster competition. He expressed joy at the gathering, stating that the National Headquarters is a home for all brethren.
He also assures participants that leadership of EYN has pleaded their unwavering support for the growth of the children’s ministry in the Church, recognizing its significance. The event highlights the importance of nurturing the next generation of believers.
Other zones present include Kwarhi , Abuja , Yola, Maiduguri, Chibok, Biu, Gombi, Michika A and B and Uba zone.
