Village Church Planting Workshop Equips EYN Mission Department Leaders at Kwarhi

Village Church Planting Workshop brought together members of the Department of Mission of EYN – Church of the Brethren in Nigeria for a three-day capacity-building programme held at EYN Headquarters, Kwarhi, from Tuesday, June 30, 2026, to Thursday, July 2, 2026.

The workshop, organised by Village Church Planting (VCP), was attended by 10 participants and focused on strengthening practical mission strategies to support evangelism, church planting, and community outreach across EYN mission fields.

The training formed part of ongoing efforts to equip mission personnel with practical tools for effective ministry and sustainable church growth. Through interactive teaching sessions and discussions, participants explored approaches designed to strengthen evangelism and mission planning.

Village Church Planting Workshop Focuses on Practical Mission Strategies

During the workshop, participants received training on several key topics, including “Action Plan,” “Kuna Labari Irin Wannan,” and other mission-related subjects aimed at improving planning, communication, and outreach.

Facilitators encouraged participants to develop practical action plans that can be implemented within their respective mission areas to enhance the effectiveness of evangelistic activities.

The workshop was facilitated by His Lordship, Bishop Benjamin J. Fuduta and The Rev. Wunuji Habila, Coordinator, Village Church Planting (Anglophone West Africa).

Drawing on their experience in mission work, the facilitators challenged participants to apply the lessons learned in ways that strengthen local church planting efforts and expand the church’s mission outreach.
